Welcome to PureForm Hoops! Our goal is to create a fun, safe, and positive environment for children to develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game. By enrolling your child in any of our programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Expectations
At PureForm, we believe in development through enjoyment. Our classes are designed to build skills, teamwork, and confidence in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.
We ask that all participants, parents, and guardians contribute to maintaining a respectful and positive environment both on and off the field.

2. Children’s Enjoyment
Our programs focus on learning through play, teamwork, and fun. Every child deserves an enjoyable experience—free from pressure, criticism, or fear of failure.
We encourage all children to:

- Listen to their coaches and follow instructions.
- Respect teammates, coaches, referees, and facilities.
- Try their best and enjoy the process of learning.

3. Parent Code of Conduct
Parents and guardians play a vital role in creating a positive sporting environment. By enrolling your child, you agree to uphold the following principles:

- Respect all children, coaches, referees, and others involved in the program.
- Let the coaches coach. If you give instructions that differ from the coach’s, it can confuse your child and impact their learning experience.
- Support your child positively. Encourage effort, good sportsmanship, and teamwork.
- Respect facilities and equipment. Help keep our training spaces clean and safe.
- Zero tolerance for abuse. Any form of verbal, physical, or emotional abuse towards staff, children, or other parents will not be tolerated.
- Follow PureForm conditions. Continued participation requires adherence to all PureForm guidelines and staff directions.

4. Children’s Responsibilities
We expect children to:

- Participate with a positive attitude.
- Show respect to teammates, opponents, and coaches.
- Look after the facilities and equipment.
- Have fun and give their best effort!

5. Refund and Credit Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent with our policies.

If you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled training time, you will receive a credit for a future session.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows will not be credited.

Any requests for refunds must be discussed directly with the Director and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Agreement

By participating in any PureForm Sports activities or classes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
